Random Updates

I am not very good at updated anymore, everytime i get out my computer Logan thinks its time to watch Elmo videos on the Sesame Street website. He LOVES to watch them. Logan is doing great, he is so active and talking so much. He is starting to repeat everything so we really have to watch what we say around him! He has actually hasn't been very sick since March, think he has had 2 colds which is great, so much better than the winter. He is putting words together and starting to make 2 word sentences. He loves "emmys" (planes) and doing anything outside. He loves water play at daycare, playing on the slides and playing in the sprinkler. At home, he doesn't like the sprinkler, we have tried it out a couple times and as long as it's on really low, he sorta likes it, but if it's actually spraying water high, he doesn't want to play with it. He loves to play in his sand and water table and sit at his picnic table in our yard. Logan loves going for walks in the neighborhood with the dogs, he likes riding in his stroller and walking for short periods.

Logan is still not eating anything new really, still likes fruit and chicken and fish. We offer many things and he just looks at it and says "no". He won't try anything. Hopefully he will get past this at some point, but seeing how his mom was so picky, guess I'm not surprised! Soon we will see if he will at least eat peanut butter! That was one of my staples as a child (and still is!).

We went swimming this morning at my parents neighborhood pool, Logan I think enjoyed watching the other little boy playing in the water more than actually being in the water himself. He liked to get in and out of the pool and walk around throwing a ball we found. We are hoping to go back often so he can get used to the water.

We have been to the zoo a few times and Logan is really starting to enjoy it, he loves running around with the goats in the petting zoo and looking at the chickens. He was not so impressed with the elephant bath. We are going again tomorrow for Father's day, so should be fun!

I am going to post a few videos of Logan just being Logan! He is a very fun boy, he is happy most of the time unless he is sick or teething. I think he might be starting to get his 2 year molars, had some major drooling a couple days ago and was fussy during bedtime, but he seems ok now, so I am not sure if it is his teeth or not. He is sleeping great still, sleeps about 12 hours at night (7:30-7:30) and takes an afternoon nap.

He is a great helper they tell me at daycare, he is very good at putting away the toys, once they are done they get a treat, one goldfish. One teacher told me they were giving M&M's once and they tried to get Logan to take one. He wouldn't of course and she found out that if she forced him to take it, he just threw it back at her! He love it there and does really good, he is now the oldest kid again in his room, but his room and the next level which is in the same house do things together a lot. He had gotten closer to another girl Elaine and then she moved up, so apparently he started hanging out with Lauren, then she moved up, then he went to McKenna, and then she moved up, so he was left with his old girlfriend Katie! They hang out a lot and he says her name on the way to daycare most days, think he likes playing with her. Katie and Logan are the happiest ones at daycare, they have said if they are upset then they know it's bad!

Logan is very vocal and just loves to be goofy. He likes to dance and run around and he loves his new Mr. Potato Head! I think that's about all I can think of right now that is going on!
